Internet connectivity issues while on mobile data, its not network provider issue and happens only in this phone,  any suggestions

Hi there,

 

Please perform the following steps:

1. Check your device in open network area and set the auto network mode (Scroll down notification panel > Setting > Connections > More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Mode > Select auto Mode (GSM/WCDMA/LTE).

2. Kindly restart the device and then check.

3. Open setting > Connection > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names > Select the SIM > tap on three dots > Reset to default > Reset.

4. Kindly check with other SIM.

5. Reset network settings (Scroll down notification panel > Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings).
