Yellow tint in display of Note 10 plus

I'm using note 10 plus and I have updated my phone to One UI 3 on 16-12-2021 and since then I'm facing weird issue of yellowish tint in the display with screen flickering and horizontal lines all over the display. The issue is happening when unlocking phone at indoor area where ambient light is very low. And there is no tint or flickering issue when unlocking using physical button at a well ilghted room or at outdoor. Please help me with the fix or any suggestions.

The yellow tint might be caused due to blue light filter

The blue light filter is disabled

Then it's software issue I suggest taking it to authorised service center
