Touch response issue while charging

Device - Galaxy note 10 lite

While plugged in, the touch response gets slower, malfunctions or doesn't respond at all.

This only happens while phone is charging.

And, I am using Samsung's original charger.

Does this happen with anybody else?

why you should use the mobile while charging 😳

This is a common issue and happens with iphones, iPads as well. While charging the touch sensitivity doesn't work as desired. So best is to charge your phone and then use it. It is not an issue but this gets triggered .

Please be assured and to resolve this issue kindly follow the given below steps:

1) Check device in safe mode: Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears >Press and hold the power off icon.
Exit safe mode: Hold the power button and select restart on the device.
2)Reset the device: settings >General Management > Tap on Reset.
Note: Before reset make sure to have back up of the data via Smart Switch Mobile App
(Install Smart Switch App > Open > Click on Memory Card Icon >Back Up option > Choose the data for Back up > Back Up).

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.

Happening to me on my brand new Galaxy A73 5G. What's the solution. I'm also using original 25 watts charger.

We have the same phone a brand new Galaxy A73 5G and since been experiencing this same issue. I'm using an original samsung 25W charger and bundled cable.
