Hello Samsung,

Where is the September patch for Note 20 Ultra. The whole world is receiving it. Why delay it in our Country?

Are you going to address the SMS issue on the S20 series and Note 20 series in the September patch?

I am not receiving messages on my Note 20 Ultra. Its disgusting after spending huge money. I am missing my OTP's and unable to setup my services. I have restarted my device, checked for the message center number from carrier, I have even performed Network reset, factory reset as well. Its works for few minutes and again its back to square one. I won't receive any messages. I have to remove the SIM and put it back. Then I get all the messages at once. Removing SIM to check if I got any messages is disgusting after spending huge money.

strange! Have tries resetting the phone to factory reset. do not copy setting while restoring the backup.

yep, it is strange. Took it to the service center and was able to reproduce the issue in front of them. They say that the R&D team is working on it.

* Clear the messaging app's data:-
Settings>Apps>Select and tap on Messages>Storage>Clear data>OK>Message app data cleared

 

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).

All those steps have been performed and still no result. I guess people in other countries are also facing same issues. Not sure if you people check the feedback of your products.

The service center did all the steps. They have performed a system level reset as well to no use.

 

You guys just take money from people's pocket without proper testing of the devices.

SMS is a basic feature of the phone. Even a feature phone does that correctly. After charging more than a lakh rupees, you guys are simply kneeling down in front of feature phones.

 

Shame on you Samsung.
