three ways to check whether your device is rooted or not. ignore this message

first

open samsung internet browser , update it if available than click secret mode

2nd

open samsung pay

3rd try to open secure folder

there is another way to check but no need to be so advance this three steps will show you the real msg whether its rooted or not

why you taking securepalm so seriously.. its just a thirdparty app

android phones now dont need such thirdparty security apps now a days

secondly Android SE modules with in samsung scenerio it already has inbuilt security mechanism ..

this is just a thirdparty app why you are taking it so seriously. as you seen now this app just fooling you with false messges

goto settings -- device care and from there activate the security

soft restart in regular interval
cache deletion in regular intervals from recovery mode menu
and
minimal data store in phone memory

thats it what you need to do

Brother don't believe those 3rd party apps.

They have different different definitions for bugs, threats, viruses. Some will say A some will Say B.

you can scan your phone with inbuilt Device Care app.

and relax.

3rd party will always say wrong things about device and it discourages the Samsung and encourages other phone.

I guess It's securepalm kind of warning you to purchase their premium version.. Don't worry if knox related apps are working then nothing happened to your device.. Instead of this better use malwarebytes, kaspersky or mcafee mobile security.. They are trustable. Also Samsung devices inbuilt has mcafee in device care then what is the need of 3rd party.

if you unroot your device, there are possibly to loss of data. so without knowing don't do that .
if that problem come after the update and that is wrong means mute that and check for the future updates and that may fix this issue/error.
Don't take this seriously ,if you think this is wrong message. If secure folder works that refers that the device is not rooted. so be calm. if you think wrong in this app then uninstall it.👍🏻

by rooting your device you can more control on your phone which company won't allowed you to do.
but its is not recommended and by this your phone at risk, no security will work on your phone, after root this is like open door for malware/ spyware.

more info you can read this

Don't believe in airtel. They are only sim provider and now trying to get into app business like jio. Only download app from Google play or Samsung store. Google always verifies app before downloading. So for good order sake try not to use apps from sources that are dicey.
Remove this palmsecure app and all your headaches will go away

Bro, for your satisfaction..go to device care and scan your device..click on security and scan your device..

second..yeah, ignore samsung members app interactive check..because if there is battery drain and its happening after September update, that means this is software issue..

you can visit service center..and ask them to check your device..

battery drain humare S10+ me bhi aa raha hai

after restart check your battery health. If you still face issue replace battery 🔋. Good luck

Already Samsung has installed anti-virus from McAfee. You dont need more anti-virus apps. They will slow your phone.

check link How to delete cache in recovery mode. But I assure you doing so will not delete your data and your phone glitches will go away. Older phones you should do it once in every six months to keep your phone in good form. See my last post below to delete cache in recovery mode

Battery will dilapidate over time. When I got the note 9 brand new I got almost 2 days depending upon usage now I get a full day or if I use less drags to next day early hours.
You are not alone with samsung member app telling you to replace battery. That app has bug and I too got it though my phone battery is pretty okay. So I too ignored that message.
So if you find things better after cache delete please click 3 dots cheers.

The battery indication was from Smasung members app, which is authorized. But Securepalm is not authorized, so don't believe it. If Secure folder and Samsung pass is working, then your device is not rooted.
