It depends on which processor you are using.
But the processors that I have used, snapdragon is better.

Snapdragon is more efficient than exynos. Exynos can heat up even during regular tasks (like video calling) or taking a video from the camera. And if you like playing games then snapdragon is a clear winner

You are right , but I found exynos is faster and more accessible for most of apps on working as officials work

It may be faster in some tasks, but it's not quite as efficient as the snapdragon. During sustained load the snapdragon won't heat up as much as exynos
