I have the toggle turned off so that Samsung will stop turning off my permissions and deleting all my files, and yet Samsung supersedes my instructions and settings and just deletes my apps/files anyway and on apps that actually have been used in the last 3 months. This is beyond predatory behavior, and I want to know how to stop it. It is unbelievably frustrating and maddening to have Samsung think it is smarter than I am and go beyond MY instructions for use on MY phone! I have tried all the links for fixes that do not work, I have gone through the list of apps and individually turned that feature OFF, I have done everything, and still, Samsung overrides my settings and deletes my app/files. I have been a very loyal Samsung customer for more than 30 years, and this is how I am treated? I work 17 hours a day, and I do not have time to continually re-install information because Samsung decides it is not pertinent.
How do I stop this PERMANENTLY? If I cannot get it to stop, I will stop buying Samsung and take all my family and friends with me. I am a cybersecurity expert and this is NOT a security feature that is working! It is failing miserably and so is Samsung.
