Link To Windows - Apps not Working after Security Update

Hi,

After November security update on my Note 10 Lite, I am unable to open mobile apps on my Laptop using Links To Windows. I have also tried removing device and then adding it again but it getting failed to mirror the screen, it looks like something went wrong after the update. While requesting for screen mirror from the Laptop, after allowing the permission on the phone, I can see the mirror icon on the phone, but nothing appears on the laptop screen. I am attaching two screen shots below.

Please help me fix this.

in case your laptop is using 5Ghz band and your phone using 2.4Ghz, they will not connect

Everything was fine just before November Security patch. Also my router itself configured with 2.4 only.
