Samsung will not release One UI 4 beta for Note 10 plus India?

Its almost end of December and i doubt samsung will release One UI 4 beta for india Note 10 plus users. 

What you guys think about it?

Hardly few days to release stable version of One UI 4 then why they will waste time in beta.

Samsung is sleeping and then will go on vacations and soon will go out of India permanently...
Unprofessional Samsung do not value their Flagship customers and do not bother to provide timely updates for their once called Flagship phone Note10Plus....
