Samsung phone language

hello 

my note 10 +5G does not supportarabic language 

it is (n976v) 

I used to install Arabic language via Samsung theme 

i have make custom theme to add (value-ar ) 

to settings and firmwork and systemui as overlay strings and its work on android 5,6,7,8,9,10,11 

but Samsung had made batch to theme service app in ONEUi4 

and can't disabled via adb shell pm 

 about a thousand youser in my cantery (Yemen) 

are faceing this proplem 

My request is to add an option in settings app to install the language like locale overlay 

like what i found in settings apk from n975f 

forgive my English 🥺

please give us solutions to add Arabic language 

for 3 apps only
