RCS on Note 9.

Anyone got RCS messaging on Note 9 after April Security update??? I got it but it got deactivated automatically. Don't know why.

Under chat section in settings RCS was there and now it's back to advanced calling and texting.

Any idea.

Maybe that's why you are seeing both the options intermittently. I suggest you use airtel as default since it uses a universal profile for RCS.

But how do I change the number for RCS. As there is no option or settings to change. It's only toggle to enable or disable.

Umm try turning off jio sim and then turn on mobile data for airtel and open messages. It should prompt you to register for chat features. Then click on okay and enter your no for verification. Once verified in sometime, it should work! Then you can turn on your other sim.

If you use Jio as your default data sim you will see advance messaging, if you use Vi or airtel as your default data sim you will see rich communication (rcs).
