Galaxy Note

I was prompted to update the software on my phone, Note 10+ 5G, on January 15. Update went fine with no issues. Now, my home button does not work. When I push the home button, it freezes up my phone. HELP!!!! I have tried to clean cache partition, shut phone down and restart, check accessibility options, and nothing is working. As I do one of my jobs from my phone, this is making me crazy. Any help is appreciated.

If you think that it's due to software update, then you must report this bug to the developer team, and after that you will receive a stable update.

As this is the first issue I have had, how to I report this to developer team?

Go to Get Help section of this app ( can be found in the bottom right part when you open this app) then go to Error Report and report your issue there.

Click on error report..and then select the problem type....after mention your problem in detail in text box provided Screenshot_20220117-201009_Samsung Members.png

Why are you still using the home button and the navigation bar? I think it's high time you switched to gesture controls. It took me a while to get used to, but now I can't live without it. Navigating through apps and menus is a breeze!
