I was very excited about getting my Note29 in August. I had it for a week but the internet would switch itself off within an hour and the only way to get get it back on was to eset the phone. Ending up doing this about 10 times a day. Samsung sent me to Wefix. Wefix sent me back to the Vodacom store. My phone has been with the store since last year and all I get from them is empty promises. Someone please give me some advice on what to do to take this further as we we are paying for a phone since September that I can't even use. Your help will be appreciated....

I stand to be corrected but according to consumer law in this country, if the product is defective while new they should give you a new one. The service provider can get a new product from the manufacturer. Start asking for a new device especially if you are paying for something you are not using. It isn't your fault the product is defective.

it's better to get a new one than one which had to be fixed 👍🏾
