Dear SAMSUNG,

I am from India and I have been using my NOTE 9 since March'19.

Everything seemed fine even though the battery drain problem has been prominent. But still, I was using it for the brand name.

But yesterday when I updated software all kinds of the problem started. it started when the screen automatically turned into yellowish color just like it goes when we select Blue filter mode and I thought it might have got activated automatically but it wasn't. Afterward, due to adaptive screen brightness, brightness reduced mobile became so slow like the screen was running at 10 Hz.

Later on, other problems started such as overheating and the complete slow down of the mobile.

Pls give me some solution folks!!!
