Note 9 heat issue

So I bought Note 9 recently, I am facing some heat issues. In normal usage also phone becomes warm and while playing heavy games Live COD in full graphics it becomes hot. In the left side of back portion is you are facing screen. I had Note 8 before but didn't hade this issue. People are saying its a software issue. I am confused now. I did factory reset also still the problem is there. 

is it normal or I should get my phone replaced??

Well it is a common issue nothing to worry about but if it gets hot at any point of time while charging then get it checked

no During charging its not getting hot, but sometimes during multi tasking it get warm and hot during heavy use.

Well then it isn't an issue nothing to worry about multi tasking and heavy usage requires more power so it's common still no harm in getting it checked at the store once

I bought it from Amazon so only have option of replacement

dont replace and all just go to Samsung service store nearby and explain your problem they will check free of cost if there isn't any issue cool enjoy if there is then dont get it repaired but get it replaced by Amazon

Hello Rishikesh please close all the running applications in the backgroung by pressing left key, which may result in heating . Also please close other functions like GPS, Bluetooth, etc . If they are not in use 😉.

Ya I did factory reset also but still the problem is there.
