Heating and battery drainage in galaxy note 10 plus.

Galaxy note 10 plus.

After the recent update of oneui 4.1 April security patch , I have noticed that phone is heating while using basic features like call.

Battery drainage is so fast.

Did any one face face this issue in note 10 plus

I like to downgrade this phone to oneui 3, because after the one ui 4 updates phone performance went down in many areas like camera, battery etc.

Through customer care I like to downgrade and can you suggest which oneui 3 update was good (in monthly security patch update there were minimalistic bugs seen)

* Deep sleeping apps 》select all apps
* Sleeping apps 》select all apps

2. Settings 》Apps 》
Android system Web view 》Tap on 3 dots 》uninstall update
Android system intelligence 》Tap on 3 dots 》uninstall update
Chrome 》Tap on 3 dots 》uninstall update

First of all , I have formated the phone in last month.

I didn't updated my phone to Android 12. You can take it customer center and tell them to restore factory version if they can

Downgrade can be performed by service center. But they will not do it easily they will try to convience you to stay on that 4.1 ui or do a fresh install of 4.1 ui. U will need to force them to downgrade. As it was the case in my note 20 they downgraded from 4.1 to 3.1
