While unlocking the phone using power button display suddenly turns yellowish green..I'm facing this issue for past 3 days..when i checked in different sites most devices had similar issues after march 2020 patch update...i hope samsung will resolve this soon...

your display is dying now. There are many articles on this subject on the forum, read them. You will soon require display replacement.

this is not a hardware issue, This is because of March update, many note 9 user facing this including me

I dont think so it is a display issue..since many people got this issue after the march update ...how come display issue suddenly happening for many users..if one or few got this issue then there is a high chance that display might have a problem..if suddenly many users encountering the same issue it seems becoz of some bug in the last update they released...lets see until april 2020 update..

note 8 also got affected.may be a software bug or samsung cheap tricks to make people to upgrade devices.

such reputed company couldn't reslove note 9 screen issue realated to software shame on them...its really irritating for eyes to chk the screen display

Dear Samsung member,

Be assured below given steps would help you out to solve the issue regarding display issue :-
1. Settings > Display > Adjust the brightness.
2. Check device in safe mode > Power off the device.>>Press and hold the Power key for one or two seconds to turn on the device > When the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume down key. Exit safe mode by restarting the device again.
3. Update software:- Software update > Download and install > Download > Install now.(if available).
4. Reset the device. (Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite).

 

If issue still persist please do send the log file via, Samsung member > Get help > Send feedback > Error reports > Select Symptom category. So that we can provide you the better assistance.(Note:-You are requested to send it within 15 minutes of problem occur).

Hello Samsung,

 

Unfortunately your suggestion didn't help.  After the update the phone can't be used properly. Will it be fixed with an update? How long do we have to wait?
