I have a Galaxy Note 9 and the phone app is acting bit crazy. I'm not able to accept calls when I'm watching something as the phone app freeze. Now the issue has aggregated as I'm finding it difficult to call people as the call app is freezing when i call someone and doesn't respond for 10-20 minutes. This is a very annoying software glitch.

Does anyone face this issue ?

Hi there,

 

Please perform the following steps:

>Clear the RAM memory of device (Scroll down notification panel > Setting> Device care >Memory> Clean Now).

> Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).

>Check for the latest device O/S (Scroll down Notification panel >Settings >Software Update >Download updates manually).

>Do the reset app preferences (setting>>apps>>three dots on the right top>>reset app preferences).

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app (Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
