Hi, I'm facing microphone issues in my note 20 ultra for past two days. I tested it , by recording the audio , I could able to hear my voice. One could listen to my voice in cellular calling but my voice becomes very low in Internet calling such us WhatsApp or IMO mobile. The recipient barely can hear me and its not audible enough. What could be the reason for this issue ?

Hi, I am sure it's not problem with the microphone as I can able to record and playback my voice clearly and I am audible to the recipients if I make call using cellular communication. Buy if I try Internet voice/video calling using 3rd party app like WhatsApp , IMO voice call . The recipient barely/ couldn't hear me and it sometimes they can hear me low. This problem has been since my phone's back glass comes off . I don't know why the adhesive comes off. I took it to local mobile repair shop as I'm in need of closing the back glass immediately. They used glue to fix the back glass. But after few days it's coming off again. Now additional to this back glass problem, I'm experiencing this microphone issues in Internet calling. I'm suspecting the issue is caused by 3rd microphone near camera module which is used for noise cancelling. I guess the repair shop didn't fix it properly or maybe they glued the microphone. I don't know, will this problem be related that 3rd microphone?
