Note 9 battery Issue on One Ui 2

Hello Members,

I think Samsung degraded our phone battery capacity to 20 to 25 percent on android 10.

My battery wear level was fine on pie and no issue showing in Interactive check in samsung member application. But now its showing Bad.

One of user also complaint same..

Please few of members check on their device which are on Android 10 and share the result.

I have purchased care pack for my note 9 for 2nd year, the one with battery coverage. Do u think Samsung will change battery on grounds that there Interactive check showing battery health bad in Samsung members app? I mean if battery is not found to be leaking or swelled physically, will they change battery in care pack on basis of there app Interactive check. Helpline said to visit service centre. Any suggestion from ur end.

yes android 10 has degraded battery life and back up.
Samsung needs to fix this otherwise I am thinking of degrading back to android 9.

I have already rolled back to Android 9 after using the beta of OneUI 2.0

Yes, Samsung really **bleep** at updates. I have always been a Note fan since the first Note arrived in 2011. The only reason I buy Samsung is because of Note series else I wouldn't think twice before getting myself Oneplus or iPhone.
