Hellow Community,

 

I have been facing a problem with my Galaxy Note 8 SM-N950F version which happened during an official update. After the update, the phone is not detecting the network & also the IMEI number has become unknown. The phone is not useable anymore. Would be obliged if someone can reply with a solution at the earliest.

but the link for the 2 files  https://www.mediafire.com/folder/o2u26wfcpdz68/

has expired. Kindly let me know how to resolve the issue as i have not been able to use the phone since long.

Try opening the mediafire link from a PC or laptop.

Tried it from a laptop only Anik but the same has expired. There are no files in the link?? Can you see the files  in the link?? Thanks for the reply.

No, I cannot, maybe take your phone to a service center, they do have all the files, show them the post you linked and tell them that you have the exact same issue, and it is a known issuesn and demand free repair.

Kindly note that i have visited the service centre after chatting & speaking to your technical team but they also could not solve the problem. The same issue is still there because of which i am not able to use the mobile. Kindly advise with the solution at the earliest to enable solve the problem.

Any support from  Customer service regardind disapearing imei after updates on Note8??? Any folder to update like was 7month ago?
