Note 4 battery issue.

My note 4 switching off automatically when battery goes down to 20 to 30 %. Anyone else is facing similar battery problem and what is the solution?

How old is your battery.

Then i guess its the time to replace it because the life of a battery is 1-2 years and after that it starts draining quickly. But before buying a new one ask the service centre executives about your battery ,is it ok or not.

thanks. but battery is not draining fast. once it's reached to 20% switch off and restart cycle starts multiple times.

You can try using your phone in safe mode.
This happens when the battery get old so this was the reason why I mentioned earlier to replace it. You can also try recalibrating your battery.
