Note 20 Ultra - a fraud

Dear Samsung Co.,

You had make us fool by selling Note 20 Ultra saying it's a 5g phone. But even after 2 months of lauch you are not able to provide us a proper software. In case it is not a 5g phone pls take all these phones back and give our money back.

Samsung Helpline people only told me that they are working on update

So you need to update your phone or else go to nearest service center they will upgrade from there system

This is how Samsung is working with India's biggest telecom providers Jio and AirTel. It's a shame that Samsung is lying to customers and sold them phones which do not connect to 5G networks and Samsung is least bothered about the old customers who purchased Note20 Ultra 5G mobile phones and is simply busy launching new phones with better software and 5G connectivity on them.
