Airtel 5g (which works through their 4g) is working on Note 20 Ultra.

Whereas Jio 5g (stand alone 5g) is not working as the STAND ALONE 5G UPDATE is not released yet.

This is how Samsung is working with India's biggest telecom providers Jio and AirTel in Bangalore. It's a shame that Samsung is lying to customers and sold them phones which do not connect to 5G networks and Samsung is least bothered about the old customers who purchased Note20 Ultra 5G mobile phones and is simply busy launching new phones with better software and 5G connectivity on them.
