5g issue

I recently updated my Galaxy note 20 to andriod 13 with the help of smart switch. After that when I checked in airtel app for 5g option. It says you handset doe snot support 5g. Can anyone help me out with this.

Make sure that you selected 5g in Mobile Networks > Network Mode

In network mode there is only LTE/3G/2G. No 5G option

The base Note 20 Indian model does not come with 5G.

This is how Samsung is working with India's biggest telecom providers Jio and AirTel. It's a shame that Samsung is lying to customers and sold them phones which do not connect to 5G networks and Samsung is least bothered about the old customers who purchased Note20 Ultra 5G mobile phones and is simply busy launching new phones with better software and 5G connectivity on them.
