Both are from different regions, and beta update timeline varies from region to region.

It will be release soon but m afraid if they are planning to suspend UI 4.0 like they did for fold/flip 3. It was a disaster as they bricked or not start at all. They called all upgraded model back and flash that with out of box version. May be that's the reason why updates are late as campare to other regions.
