Note 10 plus - no update since Dec 2019

Hi,

My Note 10+ Indian model hasn't received an OTA update since December 2019. Is this a known issue? FYI, I had enrolled for the Android 10 beta.

hi, every month I got security updates in my note 10 plus,and already I used android 10 version

even it happened with me.Last month I visited Samsung Service centre and they did some software update manually.

Back up ur data before doing this.

Use Smart Switch on Windows or Mac to update. for some reason these updates are not arriving over the air for many people. same thing with my Note 10+. Had to install two updates through Smart Switch affer December, only the most recent one came over the air.

no need to go to service center directly. just try Smart Switch first.
