Note 10 plus - no update since Dec 2019

Hi,

My Note 10+ Indian model hasn't received an OTA update since December 2019. Is this a known issue? FYI, I had enrolled for the Android 10 beta.

Yes. Is that a problem? I've also checked over 4g for the OTA

no no, I didn't say the issue is with wifi 6, I've seen the wifi icon with 6 on top. that's why I asked. how much is the cost of that router, is there and significant speed while using that.

the issue may be due to update engine software corrupted. just reset once. then connect the phone with smart switch from laptop. it will show the software update available.

if yes then you can update. before update charge the phone completely

Yeah, I guess I can try the reset method. Something to do over Holi, LOL.

The router is a TP-Link Archer AX6000. I got it for range more than for speed. There isn't a noticeable speed difference with 6. But the range is great.
