Dear Samsung,
I am a Samsung Loyal Mobile Customer for the past 14-15 Years. But very recently I had a very bad experience regarding the new Note 10 Plus I purchased in Jan 2020.
I got my new Note from Malaysia and in the first month of its use, i faced Moisture Detected Problem in the charging port. Initally I thought this error will go off automatically, but when it didn't go, I tried drying the phone (though the phone never came in contact with any water) or shake the phone but the error didn't go.
I took my phone to Authorized Service Center in Pune India and they told me the phone is from overseas so there will be no warranty and the Phone's charging kit needs to be replaced which will be chargeable. As I had no choice I went for the repair and Paid Rs. 2,178/- and also my tamper glass worth Rs. 500 got damaged while repairing.
I asked the technician whether the part was faulty , to which the technician mentioned no the part was not faulty and because it came in contact with some water or liquid the part got damaged. He showed me the part (picture attached) saying the part went green (though i couldn't see).

My basic question is Note 10 plus being a premier phone and boasting of IP68 Rating which says you can take the note 10 in 1.5m under water for 30 min and the phone will not get damaged, and here I am without any contact with water the technician says because of water or liquid the phone got damaged? So what is this IP68 ratings? what if i actually take the phone under water and take pictures and videos (like it has been shown in many youtube videos boasting of water proof of Note 10 Plus) .

I am seriously disappointed with Samsung this time around. I am wondering whether I really bought a flagship, top model phone of Samsung or did I buy a cheap phone. Though the cost I paid is Rs. 70,000/- . Very disappointed, Samsung you lost a loyal customer this time around.

Attached is the invoice and the faulty part pics.

they did reply to my email. and the reply was standard reply which said ur phone is an overseas model and hence no warranty in India..ofcourse i knw that there is no warranty ..i never asked for a warranty. i was questioning them on their IP68 rating of dust and water resistant, to which they had no answer.
