Note 10 plus eSim

With jio and airtel converting physical Sim to eSim our note 10 series doesn't support eSim yet where the s21 series received eSim support by an update. Will Note 10 receive an update for eSim??

There is no hardware in Note 10+ to support eSIM afaik.

Such features can't be implemented via software updates..it requires essential hardware to support e sim functionality

No, the dual sim version doesn't comes with eSIM compatibility..

I had pixel 3 which supported esim and it is a headache to get Sim converted to esim and then back again to normal Sim when you change phone and if the new phone doesn't support esim (Note 10 in my case). I think normal Sim itself is better for easier switching. As others have mentioned, there is no hardware support on note 10 for esim.
