Note 20 ultra is 5g but not working with jio true 5g

My area is having jio 5g but it says even if note 20 ultra is 5g phone it does not support jio true 5g. Phone is updated on latest version but still its not working. Please provide solution, ASAP

Basically samsung has not provided an update to enable SA 5G bands for many devices. The update (one ui 5) was only for NSA bands. Hence, Stand Alone(SA) 5G network (Mostly Jio) won't support in the device as of now. 

 

 In that case, sim change trick might work. Put your sim in other device in which 5g is already working. Go to my jio app there and enable for true 5g. Then put back sim to your samsung 5g device.

It doesn't work, unless your device gets OTA update for Jio. I already tried and failed,after that got confirmation from customer care.

Maybe it needs to receive SA 5g software Update then It might work.
