Jio True 5G is not working on my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G. Is there any issue with my phone? My area is covered by Jio True 5G network and it was working in mu previous Galaxy A22 phone.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G should support Jio True 5G if the device firmware and software are updated to the latest version. Here are some steps to troubleshoot:
1. Update Software: Ensure the phone's firmware is up-to-date.
2. Network Settings: Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks, and select 5G/LTE/3G/2G (Auto Connect).
3. Reset Network Settings: Try resetting the network settings under General Management.
4. Contact Jio Support: They may need to check compatibility or provision 5G on your SIM for this device.
If these steps don’t resolve it, the issue might be due to specific device compatibility with Jio True 5G's SA (standalone) network on your Note 20 Ultra.
