Note 10 plus battery doubt

I am Using samsung note 10 plus . I am facing fast battery draining and heating problem . Ia charged my phone to 100% at 6 pm . But after my moderate usage at 7pm it was at 27% . Screen on time us 4hrs ( approximately ) .

I turned on the following things .
[ ] WQHD+ (3040 x 1440)
[ ] AOD (from 5am to 10 pm)
[ ] Dolby Atmos
[ ] Edge lighting
[ ] Spen air actions
[ ] One hand operation +
[ ] Wifi upto 2hrs for a day (not continuously
No Mobile data .

My today's usege and Others are attached . Please guide me . 

Just updated latest version today .

This is not the case with my device! Please clear cache partition from recovery. If it does not help, take a backup and reset your device, even if that does not help, take your device to a service center, your battery might be damaged.

put un necessary apps working in background to disable or sleep mode in your battery settings

This is problem with the latest update as many of samsung devices having the same update are facing problem of slow charging, charging freeze and phone heating while charging. So better to wait for news from samsung to fix this issue.

If you will play games then battery will drain fast. In your screenshot its not clear for how long you played games. So can't comment is there really drainage.
