Note 10 lite Fingerprint and face unlock does not work

Recently purchased galaxy note10 lite.

The Fingerprint  and face unlock are really bad and don't work most of the times

Go into setting, search optimization battery usage and search from com.samsung (biometric). turn it off. you are done.

I have also found same problem. Face unlock and fingerprint unlock doesn't work properly.

Even in dec 2020 note 10 lite's shi**y face unlock and finger print sensor are not working properly. I am really frustrated with the device. Would probably never suggest samsung to anybody.

I just bought this phone and facing same issues with fingerprint sensor and face unlock

samsung note 10 lite fingprint not recognise it is only 10 days old. I think this type issue damage the brand value of the samsung. that's why people move to chinese phone
