Galaxy Noteit's a frequent problem from day 1 & its annoying ,it showed up even in safe mode, most of time it happened in a Mobile idle condition.
please suggest what to do now ?

Galaxy Note- Settings>>Apps>>3 Dots>>Show system apps>>System UI>>Storage>>Clear data.
- Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Reset app preferences.
- Please run your device in safe mode.
- Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch and remove the Google account from your device.
- If still issue persists, kindly visit to nearby Samsung service center in order to get your device physically inspected by the Service Engineer. Please find service center details in the link provided -http://www.samsung.com/in/support/servicelocation

Galaxy Notealso visited service centre & they told me to change the motherboard ,so I don't want this phone now.
already asked for refund, kindly proceed the refund.
