Note 9 512 GB heating issue & system ui stopped working frequently

Extremely heating high & system ui stopped working frequently.
 Service centre asked me to change motherboard & still heating issue then they will change battery. .

Pathetic phone ,

 I want new replacement or refund for sane , don't want to repair & all .
