Not9 512gb "system UI stopped working "

it's a frequent problem from day 1 & its annoying ,it showed up even in safe mode, most of time it happened in a Mobile idle condition.

Yeah, but unfortunately this does not satisfy the terms for returning a phone as per their policy. They will most certainly do a factory reset or reflash.

it may be happens due to some apps. some times even after uninstalling that app issue will still there. in that case factory reset is the good way to resolve the issue. yes it is so much painful to do.but if there is no other way we have to do it.

hold down power button and turn on emergency mode and then after 1 min turn off emergency mode it solved 1000%solution cuz I've also got that problam

Samsung service centre asked me for motherboard replacement as the heating issue + system ui stopped working issue.

where do I complain nw ? I want new replacement or refund .

- Settings>>Apps>>3 Dots>>Show system apps>>System UI>>Storage>>Clear data.
- Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Reset app preferences.
- Please run your device in safe mode.
- Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch and remove the Google account from your device.
- If still issue persists, kindly visit to nearby Samsung service center in order to get your device physically inspected by the Service Engineer. Please find service center details in the link provided -http://www.samsung.com/in/support/servicelocation

I did everything the problem is same,
also visited service centre & they told me to change the motherboard ,so I don't want this phone now.

already asked for refund, kindly proceed the refund.
