Not receiving updates on my note 9

I haven't received any software updates for so long now and my security latch is in March 2019 still while one UI 2.0 is everywhere.How to get latest software updates now??

You can try updating through Samsung Smart Switch App. From PC to directly to your Smartphone.

Apart from that, it depends both on the Carrier as well as the manufacturer to. provide update.. Must have been some issue though.
Try soft reset (Clearing Cache) from boot screen.
Or Smart Switch is always a solution.
But One UI 2.0 might be aesthetically nice but has a lot of downsides. Do have things clear in mind before proceeding..

Naveed, I really have no offense saying anything or misguiding people. This is a forum though. Neither I'm in any way challenging intellectualism of yours. But the fact here. as you can see from the user. he isn't receiving any updates since a year! Since March 19'. So I suggested him a way that isn't in any sort a misguidance..
And technically One UI 2.0 is still an issue to many flagship as well as M series users.

None taken but atleast you should have shared direct link of smart switch app instead of a carrier tmobile which in a way sounds misguiding to me.I don't believe one ui 2.0 is an issue technically which has nothing to do with not receiving the update.If you really want to suggest than keep your opinion to yourself not on forums

India ke ho ya kahin aur se? Chhodo.
Smart Switch mostly is available on Galaxy Devices pre-installed. and PC download link Forum me share karke fayda nhi! Because people access it from their cellphone!
And typing smart switch on Google is much easier than copying a link and opening it later on browser.
and about updates, Forum ko maaro Goli.
Updates depends on different factor. Go through a read.
Aap na yahin ke comment padhlo. Niche sab likha hai Carrier and all issues..
I won't say anything! Tum dil pe le leta hai yaar!
And UI 2.0.
Go through anywhere, Forum, Sammobile Pages, Google News.. It might be a nice upgrade but lots of issues..

And one last thing. Suggestions ka Matlab hi hai apne tak nhi rakhna.
