Network problem note Samsung Note 8

Hi

Anyone facing network issue in note 8. While recieving call 4g network convert in E and don't get refresh for some time. On sim 1 slot signal of Internet is weak than sim slot 2. I did all things like reset network, reset phone but problem remains same even I change the carrier network from Vodafone to Airtel but none works.. Plz respond if somebody is having idea Air facing problem in note 8...

Let me recommend some steps to further isolate and determine what you are experiencing. Please be aware that device speeds may vary based on multiple outside factors. We would like to suggest you kindly follow the below mention steps to overcome the Issue:-

1) Ensure that network frequency of your device should be selected on Auto-mode.

Menu>Settings> Connections>More Networks> Mobile Networks> Network Mode> Select Auto mode (GSM/WCDMA/LTE).

2) Search for the Network Manually by the steps as mentioned:

Menu> Settings> Connections>More Networks> Mobile Networks> Network Operators> Select Manual Search.

3) You may check by exchanging the SIM in SIM slots.

4) Insert different SIM card in your mobile and check if the issue is resolved or not.

If still issue persists then we would suggest you to once contact with your service provider. Be sure to hit ♡ when you find an answer that works for you.

Samsung admin I have tried all the option you have provided above but issue still persists. I don't understand why the sim port 1 not working as smooth as it were working before. The same service provider working fine on othee phone. I have sent the error log but no response yet. Please reslove.

Samsung team r u interested to listen ur customers... We have tried all the options u have provided but still the issue is as same... Ur sim one slot is not working smooth... Plz send us some patch so that the issue can be resolved.. Don't always ask ur customers to go to customer care as they do nothing...Apple care send patches to fix these types of bugs.. Plz listen to us and solve the issue asap!!!! And friends plz make Samsung aware of the problem so that it can be solved...

Exactly.. & I have contacted service provider too they said network is goot at our region there is no problem from their side. Owning a flagship phone & facing such kind of issue is really embarrassing when friends make joke of this. Their mid range phone providing smooth experience. It is surely a bug so provide patch for this.
