When I reach other end of the city (Hyderabad), sometimes I'm not able to receive calls or make calls and sometimes not able to connect internet on my Note 9. I have to go offline and reconnect, to resolve the issue. Is that a network issue or mobile problem?

It is clearly a network tower issue in that location.

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

* Check network operator settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically > OK > Registered on network.
Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.
