Galaxy NoteThe error message "No SIM card inserted" and "your device is unable to make calls or connect to mobile network" is quite unusual, as it suggests that your device is not recognizing the SIM card or is having trouble connecting to the network.
To troubleshoot this issue, I'd like to ask a few questions:
1. Have you tried removing the SIM card and reinserting it to ensure it's properly seated?
2. Have you checked the SIM card settings on your device? Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Advanced > SIM card settings. Ensure that the correct SIM card is selected and that the APN settings are correct.
3. Have you tried resetting the network settings on your device? Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings.
4. Are you using a third-party SIM card tray or a SIM card adapter? If so, try removing it and using the original SIM card tray to see if that resolves the issue.
5. Have you experienced any physical damage to the device, such as water exposure or drop damage?
Additionally, I'd like to recommend a few more steps to help resolve the issue:
1. Restart your device in Safe Mode: Press and hold the Power button until the device turns off, then press and hold the Power button again until the Samsung logo appears. Release the Power button and immediately press and hold the Volume down button until the device boots up in Safe Mode.
2. Clear the cache and data of the SIM card settings app: Go to Settings > Apps > SIM card settings > Storage > Clear cache and Clear data.
3. Check for software updates: Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, I recommend visiting a Samsung authorized service center for further assistance. They will be able to diagnose the issue and provide a more detailed solution.
Please let me know the results of these checks, and I'll be happy to assist you further.
