Chat messages not turning on

When ever I try to enable chat services in samsung messages it gives me an error "Registration Failed".

I have tried every thing that samsung has said 

I don't want to use Google messages 

Please help . My carrier is airtel and handset in Samsung Galaxy S23.

Solution and help would be appreciated.

Cleared data and cache in messages and forced stopped messages 

Restarted my phone 

Checked in safe mode 

Did network reset

Did a factory reset of phone 

 IN googel messages RCS is working fine but not in samsung messages 

If even after buying a 80000 rupees handset we are not getting good services and fixes what is the point of being with samsung.

Recharge your sim with Rs10 topup to have send a text message i think it will cost Rs 5.
Don't get upset it is same in iphones.

RCS support in Android is such pathetic.
Google is taunting Apple about universal support and **bleep**.

I could never get RCS to work in Samsung Messages app with Jio.

But it works with Airtel and VI.

If i install Google Messages app , it works.

This shows the immaturity of Android and then they compete with Apple. What a pity GOOGLE....
