jio haven't 3g network & other network providers disable 3g after enable 4g or LTE .

In your area ,ur mobile operator has been shut down 3G services. Airtel is also going to stop 3G services in all circle becoz they r upgrading their 3G frequencies to 4G .

check if ur networks operator still rolling out 3g connection, or insert the sim to another phone whether its network is connected or not
