Why my galaxy note 20 5g shows "your device not supported 5g". I checked in my settings 5g network settings available. But unable to use 5g services. Sim providers company consider my phone as a 4g device

Maybe the 5g band ade no longer used by sim provider. Try using another sim from diffrent brand to check if 5g is working.
If still not yhen maybe hardware issue in 5g modem. Better get new one Galaxy unpacked deals

Go to settings > connections > mobile network > network mode > select 5G/LTE/3G/2G
