Go to call settings then Record call..

Snapdragon isn't an Indian version so call recording is prohibit by the respective country so use 3rd party app

Go on the dialing pad, click 3 dots then click settings there you can see the option to record... if this helps then please accept this comment as a resolution to your query to help others :)

You cannot record calls if you have turned on the WiFi calling option ...

Only China variant of Snapdragon Note20 Ultra supports call recording, US and Canada don't support CR.
