After the announcement , just hop in to samsung members app and you will be able to notice regarding one ui beta program. Just tap and follow the instruction to join. And after that go to setting and download updates and install it

Next year. Note10 and Note10 plus will get android 12 while Note 10 lite will get android 13 as well(2023).
