Issues on Note10 lite -on September security patch

I have visited service center and service center technician said its software issues only samsung OTA update can fix this.

Already Sent error feedback reports many times in members app, but feedback response did not fixed any of the problem. As its widespread software bugs in all Note10 lite, all users facing this below issues, you can also see attached post links below where Note10 lite other users complaining same.

I'm on latest one ui 2.5 September security patch update, 

I have done factory reset several times, Still non of the following problem got fixed..

Most of the following problem we were reporting from March i.e. 6 month but non of them got fixed until now. 

• Front camera picture quality is very very bad in low light, needs lot of improvements especially in low light.

• Edge screen panel- Compass app causing unwanted vibrations in background and also draining battery so much..please fix this

• Green tint on display in grey colours (seen prominently in dark environment)
  

•  Slow Fingerprint unlock, fingerprint works great in other apps but its very very slow while unlocking the phone

• Battery drain increased so much after this September security patch update of one ui 2.5.
  

• Back camera photos have so much noise in all modes -both normal and night mode

• Night mode photos from both back and front camera have over contrast, over saturation and over sharpness.. please fix it...

• Videos comes very very noisy in low light also have pinkish tint

•  Pink tint in corners in low light in rear camera photo and video mode.

• Display touch problem while charging for some users

• Proximity sensor not working properly while on call (screen do not turn on even phone is not close to ear) for some people

• Light sensor have high battery drain..Please rectify this issue many people complaining.

Feature request :

• Wireless DEX you can easily give us with update, even A90 have wireless Dex, please give it to us, its most demanded features by user of Note10 lite as it increases productivity. 

• Live Bokeh mode in video camera is missing, even S10 lite have it.

• AltZ features are missing, even A51 and A71 have it.

•  Useful card option in message app is missing, all samsung phone it.

We hope you guys fix this issues in next software OTA update. Its been more than 6 months we haven't got any fix on any of this bugs. Thank you...

please fix the camera issues asap, regret buying this phone and if issues aren't resolved asap, will never look back to Samsung nor recommend this to any of my followers who are interested

i second all of the above problems
Dont make us beg again and again,
This device has got lot of potential but i dont know why you guys are not helping us! its really sad!

Kindly set the software features right:
1. screen tint problems
2.fingerprint scanner problems
3. night mode cameras need to be sorted out, plus front camera pictures are so so so dull
4. Give us new features which are present in other phones, its our right to have those (like dex, altz)

And more over new edge panel after 2.5 update is sucking battery life crazy!

All the problems are of software side, you guys have given a great hardware , help it with software ro achieve remarkable user experience!

Samsung first of all if you are not going to fix any of previous issues we are facing then please don't give us more issues in every update
fire your old developers and give jobs to 5year old kids even they can do better
what are you ? a beta company ? do we pay less for your devices? NO RIGHT WE EVEN PAY FULL AND STILL GET EXYNOS atleast fix our issues we are asking you to from 7months are we kidding here ? or are you blind ?
you release a update in India mid of month and still you didn't have enough time to check if there are any bugs ?
If these issues doesn't get fixed that for sure in my family and knowns nobody is going to buy Samsung.

even xiomi phones don't have this much bugs.. samsung is providing update for 3 yr but they didn't said about quality of update 😂

lot of these issues are present in a51 too , seems like a widespread problem but samsung is busy launching bunch of bs devices in mass by changing names

How can someone recommend Samsung brand if their approach to customers is like this?!
I hope you will uphold your brand name by fixing these issues and still we believe in this brand. Don't make us SAD!!
