After the One UI 5 update get the following error on WhatsApp and on the phone when viewing media files or any OTT app 
Can't download because no internal storage is available please unmount it as a disk drive.

Also to add I do have enough storage space available.

Yeah this seems like the only option. All data needs to be backed up before that.

After the One UI 5 update getting message Can't download because no internal storage is available further please unmount it as a disk drive. Even dialling keyboard, whatsapp downloads, telegram is crashing. Talked to customer care ..took the phone on smart tutor but could not resolve and gave futile suggestion.
