How to activate Volte on Note 20 Ultra Korean

Hello dear Friends/ Samsung 

I have note 20 ultra KOREAN N986N My CSC Code Is KOO

And I'm using it in Oman , The phone works fine for me , i just want to activate the VoLte 

In my settings its written IMS REGISTRATION STATUS : Not Registered 

How can i do that ? My network support Volte 

Im In oman , with omantel service provider

Volte, it works in Oman, this service depends on the provider to support it, if it does not work I recommend replacing the card with a new one

When VoLTE is turned on, you can make phone calls via the mobile network using a faster and better connection. To turn on VoLTE, you need to select 4G (LTE) as network mode.

Then follow the steps below:
1- Find ""Mobile networks"" > Press the settings icon.
2- Find ""Mobile networks"" > Press Mobile networks.
3- Turn VoLTE on or off > Press the indicator next to ""VoLTE calls ‹SIM›"" to turn the function on or off.
If these steps did not resolve please check with the service provider
