Green tint on screen after UI 5.1 update

Hi Samsung Support,

I bought my lovely Samsung Galaxy Note 20 in 2021 January, just completed 2 years with it. I love the experience...

Sadly, after the recent upgrade of UI 5.1, I am having issues with my display, with flickering, flashes, and green or pink tints on the screen. I thought something was wrong with the hardware. I googled to find a reason and solution, and found that many users started having this issue after the recent upgrades and updates. 

Please help me solve this issue before it damages my phone fully...

Please visit the nearest Samsung service center and get it checked

Yes, I did that today... they said the display is functioning fine, and advised a factory reset... is that the only option? Can't this be fixed through another software bug fix?

Did they not advise that they will software update your phone for you ?

Yeah, they did say something like that. Okay, so I guess this is the best option for now...

Yes, backup your data and let them factory reset it for you. Then check if device is working fine

Yes maybe it will work or you can clear phone partition cache

I feel the refresh rate is also affected...
